At my organization, we are trying to encourage our people leaders to leverage the reporting and dashboard capabilities available to them. We have offered training and created templates but would love to hear other ways you have encouraged leaders to get the most out of their data.
I would be curious if you have specific training tools that are useful guidelines, online training with 1-on-1 groups, or any other methods that you have had great success with.
