How do you encourage your people leaders to leverage their dashboards and reporting capabilities?
At my organization, we are trying to encourage our people leaders to leverage the reporting and dashboard capabilities available to them. We have offered training and created templates but would love to hear other ways you have encouraged leaders to get the most out of their data.
