How to decrease account set up emails for existing team members

I get asked about once a week to send out an account set up email to an existing team member that is wanting to get access to AwardCo. I'm constantly replying to the manager to have the team member do a password reset because I can't physically send out another AwardCo Welcome email. I am slowly personally emailing team members that have never logged into the system to help with this but it is slow rolling.

Automated emails that get sent out

1) Welcome - 6 days after I submit the weekly user file

2) Recognize - sends out monthly

Any suggestions on helping decrease the number of these emails?
