Our team members were accustomed to receiving a $25 gift card to random locations when they won a challenge, went way above and beyond on a task or random other things that a general manager deemed fit. We had one property that had all of their stash of gift cards stolen and they weren't consistently being recorded company wide so we implemented AwardCodes! We implemented AwardCodes this year and so far 2 properties have requested more.

AwardCodes took the place of physical gift cards. We made them 50 points so it could replace a physical gift card. 2 points = $1 for our organization. This allowed our managers to continue to award team members with the same dollar value as before, consistently recorded when a team member used it and opened up the redemption possibilities for team members.
