Peer-to-Peer
We have done raffle drawings for anyone who submits a peer-to-peer program. This gets employees to use the platform and starts a chain reaction for more recognitions!
We saw a large spike in recognitions when we had the program running and got some great feedback on the program.
We would like to implement this quarterly next year.
