Gift Point Program

We have a program that has been in place for quite some time with our Procurement Team that mostly is for awarding our driver population with gift cards in our system used - Workday for a large volume annually. So, administratively there is a lot of hours to oversee in handling all the moving parts to it and costly with the unknown of no check and balance in place for it.

The goal was to utilize our Celebrate Recognition platform by using API for when the REQ's are entered into WD and go through the same approval process required will then feed over a file feed to Awardco, so that the employee being awarded points can then redeem these points for not just a gift card only, but has the flexibility to use for many other items offered on the platform with Amazon, the Company Scroll Shop, etc.
